Our Engineering Guarantee & Return Policy

At Exploitkick, our footwear is engineered for precise biomechanical support and optimal performance. We stand behind our material science. However, if the fit or performance does not meet your technical requirements, we offer a straightforward, transparent return process in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Indoor Fit Testing Only: We encourage you to test the biomechanical fit of your sneakers indoors on a clean, smooth surface. To qualify for a return, the shoes must remain pristine. We cannot accept returns of footwear that show signs of outdoor wear, tread degradation, soil, or road use.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags attached and inside the original manufacturer’s shoe box.
  • Shoe Box Condition: The manufacturer’s shoe box is an integral part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a separate outer shipping box (e.g., a standard brown cardboard box) to prevent transit damage. Do not apply tape or shipping labels directly to the original shoe box. Returns received with damaged, taped, or missing original shoe boxes will incur a $10 restocking fee (or will be rejected entirely if the damage is severe).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Items missing the original shoe box or tags.
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Engineering or Material Defects: If you receive the wrong size, or if the shoe exhibits a manufacturing defect in its construction or materials (e.g., sole delamination, structural failure), Exploitkick takes full responsibility. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label immediately.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  1. Contact us at support@exploitkick.com with your order number and the size you need.
  2. If the item is in stock, we will guide you through the exchange process.
  3. If the item is out of stock, we will process it as a standard return and refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@exploitkick.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos.
  2. Get Approved: Our team will review your request within 24 business hours. If approved, we will email you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the sneakers (in their shoe box, inside a shipping box) and attach the provided label. Drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Return Address: Please package the product securely and send it to the return address we mentioned in the email.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our conditions.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to post to your account.
