Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

At Exploitkick, operational efficiency is as critical as the engineering of our footwear. We process orders rapidly to ensure your technical sneakers reach you without delay. However, we recognize that adjustments are sometimes necessary. Please review our strict protocol for order cancellations and modifications below.

Order Cancellation Protocol

You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:

  • The Cancellation Window: You have a strict 2-hour window from the exact time of order placement to request a full cancellation.
  • Action Required: Send an email to support@exploitkick.com with your Order Number and a clear request to cancel.

⚠️ Beyond the 2-Hour Mark:
Once the 2-hour window closes, your order is automatically pushed into our active fulfillment and material processing system. At this stage, the dispatch process cannot be halted. If you miss the cancellation window, you may still be eligible to return the footwear upon delivery in accordance with our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Product Modifications

If you need to alter the technical specifications of your order (such as modifying the shoe size or selecting a different model variant):

  • The most efficient method is to cancel your existing order (within the 2-hour window) and place a new one.
  • Alternatively, email us at support@exploitkick.com within the 2-hour timeframe. Include your Order Number and the exact details of the required change.

Shipping Logistics & Address Updates

If you need to reroute your shipment to a different location, please reach out as soon as possible before the carrier processing phase begins.

To request an address update, email support@exploitkick.com and include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The Current Shipping Address
  • The New/Corrected Shipping Address

For highly time-sensitive adjustments within the 2-hour window, please ensure you include “URGENT – Order Change” in your email subject line so our system can route it for priority handling.
