1. Why does Exploitkick focus on materials rather than marketing jargon?
We believe in radical transparency. Our philosophy is "We don't name the technology, we engineer it." You are paying for the applied physics and material science that actually improve your biomechanical performance, not for a hyped-up brand name.
2. What is the difference between your EVA, Phylon, and TPU cushioning?
EVA offers basic, lightweight elasticity. Phylon is heat-pressed for high-intensity durability. TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) provides maximum force absorption and energy return for professional running and explosive movements.
3. How do the Carbon Fiber Plates work in your shoes?
Hidden within the midsole of our advanced models, the carbon fiber plate acts as a lever. It provides a propulsive force and explosive speed while minimizing energy loss during your stride.
4. Are your sneakers suitable for outdoor trails or just road running?
We engineer footwear for both environments. Check the product specifications for outdoor-specific features like Water-Repellent membranes, suede/nubuck overlays, and Ripstop materials designed to prevent tearing on rugged terrain.
Shipping & Logistics
5. Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Standard shipping is always 100% free for all orders.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Total estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days. This includes 2–3 business days for order processing/handling and 6–8 business days for transit via reliable carriers like USPS or FedEx.
7. How can I track my package?
Once your footwear is handed over to the carrier, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial scan.
Returns & Exchanges
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, shoes must be tested strictly indoors and returned in pristine, unworn condition with all original tags and the undamaged manufacturer's shoe box.
9. Why do I need to "double-box" my return?
The manufacturer's shoe box is an integral part of the product. Putting it inside a separate outer shipping box protects it from transit damage. Returns with damaged or taped original shoe boxes will incur a $10 restocking fee.
10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if there is an engineering defect, a material failure, or we sent the wrong item, Exploitkick takes full responsibility and covers 100% of the return costs.
11. How do I exchange for a different size?
Please email support@exploitkick.com with your Order Number and the size you need. If the item is in stock, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Orders & Payments
12. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but you must act quickly. We operate a strict 2-hour window for order cancellations and modifications to maintain our rapid fulfillment efficiency. Email us immediately with "URGENT – Order Change" in the subject line.
13. Do your prices include sales tax?
No. Because we operate within the US, sales tax is dynamically calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping destination (state/county) and local tax laws.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are securely encrypted and processed through industry-leading gateways like Shopify Payments and PayPal.
